Nice budget friendly hotel. Clean, which is paramount. Friendly staff, and good room amenities. A lot of hotels look nice in pictures but are awful in person, this one is not like that. Keep it up!

I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions over the years for business purposes. However, this represents my first online review as my most recent visit stands out as the most enjoyable experience I've had thus far. Johnny, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and led with genuine kindness. When I mentioned having had a difficult day, he went out of his way to turn my mood around. Johnny is a very entertaining (made me laugh) and motivational individual. How I wish that all hotels employed staff capable of solving guests' problems with such care and positivity. The property itself is maintained to an extremely high standard, with only minor blemishes noticed here and there within the room. Overall, JJ’s outstanding hospitality made for a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those traveling alone seeking a welcoming environment.

Location is best thing going for it. Jay Jay at the front was awesome. Furniture is old, no food service (not a big deal), but Internet speed is terrible. Tried many times with staff to improve but they couldn't do anything. Forget about doing anything other than check emails. Lastly, don't get a room on Olympic Blvd. side as it sounds like a NASCAR race all day long.

I visited the front desk around an hour ago to ask about price matching with Expedia. The front desk employee named Aika displayed extremely disrespectful conduct. She was yelling and engaging in arguments! When I expressed my desire to be a customer, she responded negatively, suggesting that I should take my business elsewhere. It would be beneficial if you could hire individuals who have the necessary skills to greet customers properly and represent your brand. Unpleasant attitudes have no place in customer service! I suggest reviewing the camera footage to see what vehicle I was driving. I have worked hard to achieve my current status and do not expect to be treated disrespectfully by your impolite staff. I will inform all of my colleagues at UCLA about this incident.

The hotel elevator is extremely small And scary. It has a burning smell. The lamp and mini fridge Didnt work in room 311. The rooms are not sound proof. We were kept awake All night because of obnoxiously loud noise. Finally we contacted the front desk and he called the Police. Around 2 am we get a loud knock on our room door And it’s the police. After the officer leaves the noise upstairs subsides for almost an hour But continues again even louder. At this point I just want to go home. I booked this room through Expedia but neither Expedia or century park hotel wanted to issue refund after 2 hours on the phone I was finally issued a refund

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
