        Hotel location is excellent. My room was spacious and very clean. The view out of my windows was beautiful. The service was great and what ever I asked for was being provided very quickly. The front desk staff and the house keeping staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. My two minus (-) experiences are: 1- The bathroom, which was not workable due to the missing proper caulking around the tub, all the water flows out and creates a small pool in the area around toilet and the sink!!!!! The hair dryer was broken and there was fire hazard, so I informed the front desk and asked for a different hair dryer. They provided me with another without checking it prior to delivering it to me and so the second one was also broken and not working.....! So I just gave up asking for a third!! 2- I asked for an address and what the front desk staff provided me was a completely wrong one and took me to a completely different street and bus stop!!!! Maybe I shouldn't have trusted their knowledge but I did. And so, asking the local people, I realized that I was waiting for a wrong bus at a wrong bus stop which could cause me huge problem with catching my ferry in time. I was lucky a local person gave me the right address and so I ran back to where I had to be catching my bus! ****Please do not misguide the passengers. It's totally okay to say "I don't know" than providing a wrong address.**** Overall, it's a great hotel and in a big shot, I enjoyed my stay in Century Plaza. I'd give them 4 stars out of 5.⭐⭐⭐⭐

        The morning front desk staff was very good. Unfortunately the midnight front desk receptionist was not qualified at all. Not cooperative at all. Needs more training. Cost me 2nd booking on price for the same room Ended up paying twice for the same room Room floor carpets has a large stain Good mattress

        I only arrived a few hours ago but felt very welcomed. At the entrance the service was very friendly and welcoming. It also was fast to check in and was really happy to see my unit. I’m looking forward to pleasant rest in such beautiful location with a great view and a fabulous location to all amenities. It’s not too noisy and I feel comfortable.

        We stayed there to go to a concert.the hallways are rough and old.walls and corners are marked up. Our room was older and dated. The toilet flap didn't work proper didn't close.not rubber Matt for the shower/tub almost fell.no plug to have a bath The flooring in bathroom and kitchenette were really bad..I felt not worth the price but location was excellent..probably wouldn't stay there again.

        We have stayed here several times when needing the services of St Paul’s right next door. It’s well located and has a medical rate, which is handy when you need it! Great service and the best little Illy coffee shop, not to be missed.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
