        AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This is by far the worst check in experience ever. Room given to us was in a mess, wet used towels on the floor, used mugs unwashed, bed not made and dirty the room was evidently not cleaned before being passed to us for check in. We went down to complain to the front desk but there were no one, was told to ask the security guard for assistance. Security guard went up to our room to verify our complaint and contacted a rep from Five Senses, and their response to this issue was "We don't have any more room, sorry cannot help as it is already night time" and hung up on us when we tried to question more. We demanded a change of rooms and after multiple trips from our room and the lobby carrying our luggages around, the security guard finally brought us to a different room. Please know that the door locks on all units are passcode operated, the guard keyed in the passcode to open the door and to our surprise there was already a woman occupying the room, she had to scream stop to alert us that she's in the room and not to enter. This is a major breach in security and privacy, especially for solo female travellers, anyone with a passcode may unlock and have access to your room which is very dangerous. The only solution the security guard was able to provide us after this incident was to wait in the lobby or stay in our unmade dirty room. We tried to call Five Senses repeatedly both by ourselves and via Agoda but no calls was answered. Finally after 3 hours of waiting for a solution, we decided to give up on this property as there were too many red flags and had to go hunting in the middle of the night for a different place to stay in. No apologies or even an acknowledgement of the problem was extended by Five Senses, completely unprofessional and completely unethical. Will never stay with Five Senses moving forward.

        I booked this unit on airbnb just because of the pictures. Love it. So pretty! It's just the hanging lamp was broken tho. Everything was neat and tidy. Love the unit so much! I'd consider staying again! No free toothbrushes so you should bring your own. Shampoo, bodywash and detergent are there. It's a good place to stay and to have birthday photoshoot like I did! You should see all the pocket gardens and the pool! You could see KL Tower and KLCC so pretty at night! The pocket gardens are soo amazing I'm glad I visited all of them :) All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much!

        I stayed here for a brief time, but the quality of the rooms and amenities was just too bad. Everything was kinda dirty and used up. Location is not bad, and if you are looking for a rooftop picture, you will be happy. But these are your only reasonable excuses to stay here. It is a one trick pony for budget travelers to arrive, before moving in to something better.

        Nice big room. I would say it's perfect for its price . Location and room quality. Huge room . Clean bed sheet.. cold aircon and shower is hot .. nice neighborhood .. great to go for jog in the morning with lush greeneries and bird chriping..the only complain is the returnable 200 rm deposite which they demand during check in which was not stated or informed in agoda or by the owner ...

        Good location. Walking to Jln Alor just need 10 minute. Room is big and good but no room service. Low water pressure, sometimes hot and cold. Sometimes no water .Hope to solve water problem and get to improve.
