For the price, the location is unbeatable. Dinosaur Nighy Market, Pharmacy, 7 Eleven, Otteri Wash and Dry all directly around the location. Everything you could need. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks/understand English across the board quite well. Pool is always clean. Regular rooms may be a bit small but with a barrier for the shower that can easily be overlooked, and they also have suites available for a reasonable price if you want the space. Nowhere else in Hua Hin to stay really.

1. Great location. Nextdoor to 7 Eleven, a fresh market and surprisingly Mr. DIY. 2. The customer service personnel were very helpful and friendly. 3. Great price. 4. Very clean. 5. A little on the small size. 6. Older building. 7. Very quiet. 8. No key deposit taken. 9. Bring your own soap, shampoo 10. Refrigerator provided 11. Wifi was okay. 12. Two bottles of water provided.

OK, let's be fair and honest. You're looking at this because of the price and location. I agree the photos are lovely, but lack a little reality. I have only had one room. I had expected the small dining dining table that I could work from, but this was not included with my room. So, my room, is extremely basic, but do not be put off. For me, I have been travelling everyday to meet family and go on wonderful trips and to come back to my huge, comfortable, clean bed, with great air-con, has been an absolute joy. I could not use this room to rest and relax all day, but as a clean haven each night, it's great. The staff are lovely, so really polite. Only a few minutes Grab (Uber style taxi) to Hua Hin and the Beach. If you're on a budget and just want to spend your days exploring Hua Hin and further afield, then this place is absolutely fine.

100m further up the road than shows on maps. Recommended this place, really clean, comfortable, quite, nice pool and nice staff. A market across the road during the day, restaurant up the road 50m that does really good food for cheap. Only thing is its far from the beach about 3km the beach area closest is horrible and polluted so you need to walk further,but that's no remark on this hotel. Price is good, breakfast is not the best but does not matter as the price is excellent for what you get, again really clean. Place seems newly built. WiFi in room and quick speeds. Update, I had given this 5stars but dropped it to 4, they are luck it wasn't down to 3... Staff a man working there on check in was really nice. Some grumpy fat woman on checkout reduced the rating. Extremely rude.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
