The location is good, that's it! After a couple of days of stay, they stopped putting cosmetics for the bathroom, the shutters could not be opened in the room it was always dark without the light on. There is only one outlet for the entire room. Towels are changed every other time. The shower is not as comfortable as possible, the curtain always sticks to the body, the water in the shower does not leave and flows into the room, the soap always falls into the sink.

The hotel claims to be 4 stars but it's more like a 2 Star hotel. You will get disappointed if you expect it to have good amenities and quality. Good points: 1) Centrally located in Rome, near Termini station. 2) Nice personnel, the receptionists were very friendly. Bad points: 1) Bedsheets had holes in them and yellow stains. 2) The towels provided are not actually towels, they are more like thin sheets. It's hard to dry yourself with them. 3) There's no AC in the room, well at least that's how it seems like. The rooms are extremely hot so we couldn't sleep at night. 4) too expensive for the quality of the rooms and service provided. I would not come back here next time.

The only positive is the location. Rooms are very small and dated. Climbed over toilet to get in and out of shower. Service??? What service??? Air conditioner was broken. Not a pleasant experience. I only stayed 1 night. I booked another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

Rude and dismissive manager, the structure lacks the criteria for a 4 stars hotel, certainly not in the italy star rating, plenty of the services claimed on the website do not exist. We have been charged much more than their maximum daily charge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
