The hotel is not bad, a little tired, but tidy. Some rooms are accessed by stairs without a lift, so families with children will need to place the stroller on the pool floor, in the lobby or lift it each time. The room is tidy, but for complete cleanliness you need to indicate what to clean. The room has everything: safe, tea/coffee, minibar, shower amenities (including body lotion and hair conditioner, shaving kit). Large bed in the room, however large wooden support on which we put many bruises on our legs. Breakfast: as everywhere else (eggs, bread staff, cereal, hot food), bonus!!! - Oatmeal with milk for children is always available, friendly staff. Lunch/dinner is quick to prepare; we liked the chicken with spinach and vegetables. Every evening preparing some special offer - buffet with a different theme in the pool area. There is a play room available, although there are not enough toys, not enough balls for the pool with a slide and open only until 17:00, many times my clothes get dirty at the doorstep. The pool has balls and a couple of circles, the pool does not smell, there is a small one for kids. Features of the New Year: high price in the season, New Year’s dinner is very expensive (7000 baht per person, with a show program), fireworks blast before and after the New Year, very loud, woke up me and the child. Plus: beautiful view of the sea, which is located across the road. The staff is responsive, quite clean, breakfast is normal, the pool doesn’t smell, there is a games room, and when you leave, they clarify what needs to be worked on. Between two nice beaches. Minus: there is a building with a step without an elevator, there are ants in the room, hard corners of the bed, high audibility (you can hear neighbors behind the wall and playing in the pool, fireworks generally exploded like a bomb on the beach), the water in the shower does not heat up well, the sink gets clogged. I didn’t like children’s playroom, a bit dirty (be careful with a step or socks will be black) and not enough normal toys and balls for children’s slide), small working hours. In general I would recommend this hotel.

There was a mistake On Check in. I clearly had proof of a booking for a family of four but was told it was a room for two with one additional mattress. The staff were very unhelpful when I kept showing them my booking. The woman serving me just ignored me and turned her head. It was already 10pm. I asked if they would do a refund and we would go some where else tomorrow. They refused. I managed to get them to put an extra matters on the floor. On check in we were also accosted by a very drunk man. I was worried. But, things improved. The rest of the staff very amazing. So helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Eye and Bank!! The waiter at the small pool was also so lovely . We had a very good view and really enjoyed the small pool. The building itself is pretty hideous and dated but surprisingly comfortable. House keeping was sporadic. There were days it didn’t happen. As a family of four, We were very cramped in our 2 persons room but as the reception staff would not fix it , we made the best of the situation. All in all, it was way too over priced for what we got and definitely not 4 star accommodation. The manager needs to address true reception girls and housekeeping

I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly amazing this hotel is! We came with our 8 month old daughter and had a blast. We loved it so much that we extended our stay 7 extra days. The staff is definitely the highlight. They are all so attentive and share a genuinely warm demeanor. This includes front desk staff, kitchen staff, room cleaners, facility cleaners, the security guard even helped us cross the street a few times… everyone is so kind and professional! I want to give special thanks to Pang Pond, Daisy, Rose, Morn, and Nest for going above and beyond to make our family’s stay comfortable. What made this place so ideal was also the two large pools, the kids club where our daughter could play and take a break from the hot sun, and the breathtaking views from the balcony and across the property. The beach is a two minute walk from the hotel. You do need to cross a busy street but sometimes the security guard can help you! Kata beach is beautiful and it’s also easy to find shady spots if you are coming with baby (although we mostly went very early in the morning or during sunset). The food selection was also very impressive. We looked forward to breakfast each day. I hope we get the opportunity to come back!!

Amazing resort!! Beautiful service. Staff were lovely. Maan in the swim up pool bar gets a special mention.. very kind and attentive. Really genuine to have a chat to. Be prepared for stairs/lifts in certain areas of the resort but you get the premium views. There are sections that are more accessible. We stayed as a family with 4 kids in two connecting rooms. Some larger options for families would be really helpful but we booked knowing the space we would have and loved what the resort offered. Location amazing and everything well maintained/clean. Useful to know so many eateries around at really affordable prices with a variety of cuisines... Can eat for under 100 baht per person or more often 200 baht. Two mini mart/7 11s just over the road. Kata beach is a beautiful spot to swim and lots of great places close by. Would stay here again any time!!

Beautiful hotel nestled in the mountain just up from the Southern tip of Kata Beach. Very courteous and friendly staff right from the start. Lovely lobby area and two stunning pools overlooking Kata Beach. Both pools have swim up bars and the water is very clean. The hotel buildings rise alongside the mountain, making the views from most rooms breathtaking. We had two rooms on the top floor of the highest building (which meant 3 elevators to get to our room, but it was worth it). You can enjoy the hotel room service or just grab some food locally, sit on your verandah, and watch the sun go down. Unreal! Breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff take the extra care of asking about your experience each morning, very attentive. This hotel is only a 3 minute walk from great beachfront seafood restaurants and the Ska Bar (literally built into the side of a tree). They had an amazing fire show there on the Friday night of our stay. Overall fantastic experience, whether it's chilling poolside enjoying the views or enjoying the waves down at the beach. Highly Recommended :)
