Super clean room. I really enjoyed my stay here. It's in a nice location. That being said, if you want to walk to somewhere like Fisherman's Wharf, you have to walk east to Chinatown first because the hotel itself is at the bottom of a very steep hill. It's right in front of the cable car and close to the station though, which was a plus. They also offer free cookies and popcorn at the lobby.

Hotel front desk was not friendly. Rooms are charming and perfect for short stays. Wish there were electrical outlets next to beds. GREAT location with cable car pick-up and drop off so close. Enjoyed lemon water and available cookies, as well as exceptional bartender.

Very old building, but a very nice and very comfortable. A little noisy with the cable cars right outside, but the widows do an amazing job of keeping it out. Complementary coffee, tea water, apples and cookies always available in the lobby. 2 for 1 coupon for happy hour drinks was a nice touch. Great value and would highly recommend!

Great location. Hotel is an older building but well cared for and maintained. Full of nice small touches like bath salts, a pillow menu, free cookies/coffee/apples/popcorn. Room was clean and bed comfortable. It wasn’t small, but that’s perhaps by European standards. It had a full closet room to store all your baggage. Tip- rooms ending 04 on each floor are quieter as they do not face the road.

What we liked most about the hotel was that the location was good and the reception was very friendly. There was free shampoo, water, tea, coffee and snacks. The rooms are old and small but that's part of the style of the hotel, so you have to be prepared for that. The bed was very soft, which bothered us a bit and we recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise, as the house is very bright due to the old construction.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
