Had to stay in this hotel because we were in a packaged tour. I wished I researched the hotel beforehand so I could've requested the agency to assign us a different hotel. Not only is the hotel worn-out, with poor water heating (it was so hard to take a shower), but the staff had underwhelming service as well. Understand that they lack English skills but at least they could have exerted some effort to assist us, which they didn't. Food was also so-so and the dining staff serving the food made it worse.

Lovely Staff - Rooms in poor condition: The staff was always very polite, friendly & helping. They organized our tour the best way possible. The food was really good & simple. The rooms were disappointing. Entering the room, a mouldy smell welcomed us. The walls were full of wet & mold spots. We had dirty towels & sheets, the staff apologized for it.

The room was clean and decent size. Food was ok. Staff didn’t speak much English but were friendly. However... A BIG NO to the staff inviting friends to play poker and smoking in the cafeteria (right next to the ‘no smoking’ sign!!). We left our luggage in a small room at the hotel while waiting for a bus to come, and I saw a man smoking in there too.

3* hotel but I give 1 more star for credit. Good location, good service, good accommodation. Just minus for wifi signal for ones who need it. Price ranges are acceptable. And they are going to renovate their hotel. Suggestion: they should have another hotel board at the opposite site for easier recognition

Located along one of the main streets of Sapa Town. Big room with a fairly good mountain view. Room light is a bit too dim.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
