        Starting with the staircase to get to our flat - tiny and twisty. Do not come here if you have large suitcases, you simply won’t fit between the walls. Also do not come here if you value quiet night sleep. The neighborhood is extremely noisy with no soundproofing of the Windows. The whole apartment is probably good for one person but it was too tiny for two. On the positive note - grocery stores are close, location is good, the flat is clean and warm, with modern bathrooms. Having said that, there is no room to put your toiletries.

        I can honestly say this is one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. We had just arrived in London for a long term stay with numerous suitcases and bags. After climbing 3 narrow stair cases which were too narrow to properly manoeuvre our bags we arrived at our room to find the door open with garbage bags outside it. Despite being an hour after check-in we found a cleaner still cleaning our room. He looked at us and rudely said "come back in half an hour". I could not believe it, what an absolute joke. We had to go and wait somewhere on the street for our room to be ready 1.5 hours after check-in! I complained to the managers and they promised a partial refund which they never actually provided even after numerous emails.

        The appartment was well equipped, spacious by London standards and in mint condition. Unfortunately it lacks soundproofing against the upper floor and especially the street. Although I am not particularly senstitive to noise and despite I lived in the 2nd floor (3rd floor by American counting) I found the level of street noise (including but not limited to the sirens of emergency vehicles) unacceptable keeping me awake all night.

        Nice and convenient location for conferences. Entrance stairwell was a bit dodgy but I was given a warm welcome and a lovely room for a steal of a price.

        I totally agree with the previous review. Well-equipped but terribly noisy and lacking soundproofing. Just impossible to sleep most of the nighf.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
