A nice, huge hotel with sea view. The water pressure is good for a shower. However, our room was much older than what is shown in the official site. We had a room with the wall paper peeled off and stained table with unclosable drawer. The pillow is flat and uncomfortable. Perhaps it is time for the hotel management to carry out some upgrading works.

2 months ago, I traveled to Kuşadası with my family and I found this luxury hotel. I was very impressed with this hotel. The location was very good close to the city center. The facilities are good and quite complete. I requested a room on the top floor and the view was directly to the sea. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. I was very happy and satisfied staying here. I have been looking for a good hotel for several days. But I think this hotel is the most recommended.

Hello. We stayed at this hotel for three nights with my wife from August 25th, and I must say that although it was our first visit to this hotel, we had a very good experience staying there. We had traveled to Kusadasi to attend a wedding party, and staying at this beautiful hotel along with the party made the trip very memorable. Regarding the location of the hotel, I must say that it is close to the beach and having a private beach for walking and swimming has distinguished this beautiful hotel. The space of the hotel in the lobby area is very large, special and beautifully designed, and its beautiful view towards the sea has created a cozy environment for friendly and family chats. There is a large bar and coffee shop in the corner of the lobby, which is perfect in every way. The room we reserved for staying was very big and airy with a side view of the sea with a small terrace. The arrangement inside the room was excellent with tea making facilities and enough that the required items were charged daily And the possibility of ironing clothes inside the room, which was of course important for me. The toilet and bathroom in the room were also very stylish and very clean. The breakfast of the hotel was extremely complete and served in a very beautiful environment, which was really enjoyable. This cannot be faulted, but maybe if the control of the presence of cats in the open breakfast area is reconsidered, a much more cozy and pleasant environment will be created during breakfast. Because the fear of some guests, especially children, will disrupt the existing peace for a short time. The use of the hotel facilities for swimming in the private outdoor pool and its very beautiful beach was free for guests, which really made a memorable trip for us. There were massage facilities in a part of the hotel, which we did not have the opportunity to use. As a result, everything in the hotel was so organized that no help was needed from the staff, with all their respectful and polite behavior was evident everywhere. Certainly, due to creating a cozy environment and making a memorable trip, this hotel will be one of our first choices to stay again in our next trips to this city.

The hotel is a 2 or a 3 Star Hotel at best. The rating is very misleading and the experience is really bad. Please dont pay for included food prices since the buffet has very limited options and is not friendly with any of the dietary restrictions. Secondly, the hotel rooms are very old. For Ex: the blinds of the window were not there in one of our rooms and the immediate solution from the hotel was to put a huge towel on it. Similarly, in the same room, the blind btw the bathroom and the room was also broken and you could everything in the bathroom at all times. The staff was not apologetic at all and was not helpful. Not worth the price tag at all.

I have stayed at the Charisma many times over the years. Sometimes with friends sometimes singularly and have seen many changes over the years. If your looking for a 5 star hotel this is place to stay. Its very central and most places are within walking distance. The rooms are of a very good standard and most have splendid sea views. All the staff are pleasant and friendly especially Berfin who works on Guest Relations. The food is plentiful and caters for all tastes. Being somebody who has had their own Villa my pet hate is finding a sunbed but one can always find one either around the splendid pool or by The Sea. All the staff from the Reception to the Bar and Restaurant are always ready to try to accommodate any needs where possible their guests may request. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
