Wonderful establishment. The best staff and hospitality awaits you when you visit. From a refreshing drink at the reception at check in to the wonderful breakfast that is delivered to your patio, welcoming wine and fruit... everything was flawless. The property is located along the caldera cliff and the views are stunning! You can't miss it because the property has a windmill. I had a mishap of misplacing my passport and the folks provided me with assistance even at 2am. They also contacted me at my next hotel when l left behind some personal things in my room after checkout to ensure that my items are returned. I am so grateful for the honesty and five star service l received during my two night stay. Do not hesitate to book this property. Special thanks to Fotini for taking care of us. You are the very best! You made our trip extremely memorable because of your warmth and kindness.

FANTASTIC STAY! If we could give 100 stars, we would! My husband planned our stay for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Fotini, the manager, made sure our stay was top tier! Our room was decorated, she brought wine and a cake for my birthday, and she even got us a private suite with an infinity pool! Everyone was so pleasant and treated us so kindly! We had everything we needed from start to finish. We loved our stay with Oia and we cannot wait to stay again! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Just finished our stay at Charisma Suites property in Santorini and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were great and the service they provided was excellent. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a perfect location for amazing sunsets from your private suite in Oia!

I spent about 600 euros on this hotel, but it was not at all what I expected. I would have had better options at other hotels at the same price, because the photos on the website did not reflect the actual view of the room I stayed in. First of all, our room was located at the bottom of the entire cliff. There was a hill and a sand road in front of it, which blocked the view of the sunset and the sea. I couldn't enjoy the sunbathing and private pool because the sun loungers and private pool were full of sand. Secondly, the hotel stipulates that we cannot bring the champagne provided by the hotel to the public swimming pool to watch the sunset. Maybe it is because we need to consume it, but you know that we cannot see the complete sunset view in our private area. So this affected my mood on this trip.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Oia, you've found it! My husband and I stayed 4 nights at Charisma Suites for our honeymoon and we couldn't ask for a better stay. The room was clean and well decorated, the bathroom was spacious and also has views of the Caldera! Breakfasts delivered to the room were delicious but the best part was being able to watch the sunset from the comfort of our private terrace with jacuzzi. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at, we highly recommend it and would go back anytime!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
