        they asking for 200 euro deposit , and you receive an email with that info when you finish the reservation ( this info before is hidden somewhere and not to the house rules/guidelines !) we lost our money even if we had the reservation one month before our arrival. look also the other reviews!! we did not filter the bad ones to see the problem that there were many cases that they don't refunded the full price back.

        BE AWARE, this kind of business has a lot of apartments in Prague, afterwards, you done with a reservation, they ASKING YOU 200 euro for deposit fees for example if you lost keys and etc. if you read a lot of reviews on TripAdvisor and booking, they say the same thing , they charge you ,for damages that you didn’t make. So if the price is very catchy and very low, be aware, because there is a catch When I’ve done the process of the booking, 10 minutes later, I receive the message about €200 . if they return the money even a part of it they will do it through card and will be refund it after SEVEN days if they return the whole amount , it doesn’t make sense it’s a budget place and they asking an enormous amount of money that you will need for your travel as a budget traveller. I wasn’t able to do it free cancellation on the same day that I’d done the reservation . And they refuse to give my money back one month before my arrival there and they accuse me it’s my fault , of course, the deposit wasn’t visible in the house policy, but somewhere hidden with the title important notice , very tricky ! The logic says during the final step of the payment the amount it should be visible and it doesn’t , BE AWARE the bad reviews will be visible if you use the filters for the lowest reviews in each booking site and believe me there are MANY not one or two with ONE STAR & they say same stuff BE CAREFUL!

        Horrible communication. If anyone decide to book this accomodation, please take photos of the whole apartment. No one came to check the apartment before we left It (that was the first weird point). When we left two apartments, I found out after few days that they didn't send me back the whole deposit. We paid together 400€ (200€ for each apartment), but they took around 250€ from deposit without any warning. I've been waiting for two days when someone finally replied on my e-mail. They told me, that we damaged one of the beds, but we did nothing. We were the most of the time walking outside and we know how to behave. When I asked them for the date of taking a photo and some other necessary information, I've never got back any information and reply. This situation ruined our weekend trip to Prague and I've got a feeling these people are ordinary arrogant thieves.

        they are asking afterwards the reservation for deposit fee 200 euro !!! and its not clear before the booking , FOR A BUDJET HOTEL THIS AMOUNT IS INSANE , and lot of people complained that don't take their money back, also it takes seven days to refund you !!! or even more if you are lucky to take your money back , look other reviews through the filters for low reviews in trip advisor , booking , and here in google.

        Owner: We just find the last bad reviews and these are not from this apartment but for the apartment "Charles bridge PREMIUM apartment". We got a lot of calls and emails from the differents people/guests they were finally guests from the other property. This profile/apartment never ask for any deposit and also communicate asap.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
