Deception and disappointment We booked this hotel with anticipation, attracted by the enticing pictures on the website. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be far different from the presentation. The accommodation seemed old and neglected, far from the promised "premium" facilities. What was particularly frustrating was the fact that the photos on the website did not always represent the actual condition of the apartments. Apparently the owner owns several apartments and the images shown are no guarantee that you will actually be accommodated in the accommodation shown. Both the view and the furniture can vary significantly. This uncertainty about the actual equipment contributed significantly to our disappointment. We were also subjected to unusual regulations upon arrival, including fines of €20 per violation for carrying food or drinks in the hallway. It is worth noting that the existence of a kitchen in the property was not associated with the ability to actually use it to prepare food. The omnipresent surveillance by cameras at the entrance and in the stairwell did not contribute to the relaxed atmosphere, on the contrary, it felt uncomfortable. Another point that outraged us was the non-payment of the prepaid deposit, even though the accommodation was left in a fair condition. Overall, we strongly advise against this hotel. The disappointing experience extended from the booking process to the return of the deposit and severely affected our planned vacation. A clear case of misleading advertising and a lack of customer focus.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
