Absolutely loved Charlie House! The staff were warm, friendly and so so helpful. I want to note Ray in particular who went above and beyond to help me on a number of occasions. Nice little pool and felt like a little oasis. All the other guests were lovely. As a solo traveller I felt super comfortable. Overall, would definitely recommend Charlie House!

Lovely little oasis in the middle of a busy area. Staff very helpful. Clean tidy rooms basic but you can pay extra for a better room . Can book trips and also order breakfast the day before . 2 minutes walk to shops shopping centres etc. Lovely little pool well maintained gardens

It was very nice and quiet hotel with lots of green! The pool area is lovely (but there are a lot of mosquitoes, so be prepared!). The bed was great, the bathroom was a bit moldy and it might need some maintenance for the price you pay. There is no restaurant on site, but we found a really tasty (and reasonable!) vegan restaurant nearby and went there every day!

Hidden tropical island vibes I love the atmosphere and the nature in this hotel. I highly recommend it if you prefer quiet and cozy hotel. The location is a bit far from downtown area but there are so many local markets and shopping malls within 10 minutes walk.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
