        The worst stay iv ever had anywhere. The photos and reviews seen online, don't reflect the neglect, grubby rooms, lack of facilities!! This place is in need of a major revamp!!! Worn carpets and furniture, old cheap lumpy mattress! All smoke and mirrors!!! They have made it look slightly boutique with new soft furnishings and lamps, but it's very grubby! Hair on sofa and inside wardrobe! No aircon, so the rooms are unbearably hot!! Small fan is not sufficient. We got no sleep. We were moved to another room after complaining. But this was as equally in need of maintenance as the other.The kitchens don't even have a cloth to wipe down. No soap or toiletries in our bathroom, so we couldn't even wash our hands. These rooms have a lot of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, dont book!Check in details and we arrived in our email inbox 10 pm the evening of our stay, so we scoured their website for contact details. No info in room. Office closes at 5pm. So, no point asking for help if you arrive after this time. This is a neglected business where they have taken their eye off the ball. No quality control whatsoever! I would not recommend it!! Iv never been as disappointed with a stay as I have been here.

        The virtual keys were really bad. Not only did my key let me into someone elses room in a different block but it also stopped working as i was getting my cases into my room so i was stranded outside my room for 30 mins untill the key on the app worked again.

        Clean, modern, comfortable. Just a couple of issues: due to it being basement, there was a bit of noise from the street at night time, and the oven was not working (to be fair, I did not raise this during my short stay so it is not really a huge criticism at all). There is no information at all within the flat, it is all in the guide, so you really must download this before you arrive. There is poor mobile phone reception in the house, so you won't even be able to access the instructions to get started on wifi unless you have downloaded the guide already!

        An enjoyable stay, although it's worth noting that some of the up keep could be a little better - shelves above the bed were extremely dusty and there was water and long hair strands on the floor in and outside the bathroom from a previous stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
