Awful experience, we came here for drinks and our drinks came out 45 minutes late even though the hotel was relatively empty. We were then told twice we had to leave as the table we were seated at had a booking, but we had clearly not finished our drinks and got moved to the restaurant. They then charged my credit card without me seeing the bill which I was clearly not happy about. They did end up giving us the drinks for free but this was not an enjoyable experience at all and we came to celebrate a graduation.

Been here a few times for drinks and enjoyed it. Went last Saturday. Fairly quiet for a Saturday night... so much so we had a choice of where to sit. Halfway through the evening ( with still plenty of tables free) we moved to a sofa. My friend and I happily enjoying our 2nd drink when the waiter came over and handed us the card reader... we hadn't asked for the bill so assumed he'd made a mistake. Nope he hadn't.... its because we were not drinking quickly enough apparently.... would have happily stayed for another drink but not with that customer service. The guy on the next table told me they do this all the time getting rid of customers who maybe aren't going to be spending loads apparently! Awful customer service!

We booked the Charlotte Street Hotel as it was near the town hall we were getting married at. When they staff found out we were getting married they really turned on the special treatment, which was a little embarrassing, but incredibly sweet and very appreciated. Our family loved our private tea in the drawing room, the service staff were courteous and on the ball. Concierge and reception, porters were all a pleasure and couldn’t do enough to help. The Charlotte will hold a special place in our hearts for a long time.

Very bizarre service, seated outside the front entrance. Apparently the dressed crab isn't available as a single item - one needs to purchase the entire fruits de mer for £75. Very blunt & no compromise. Also to pay before food is served - I would imagine gine prevent runners but the manners of the male staff member certainly need fine tuning. An alternative server seemed very helpful but my guy -not so much. I left after mediocre barely warm crab croquettes and I shall give it a miss in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
