We loved this hotel! It was clean and quiet. Delicious breakfast. Really friendly staff. The location was really close to a Metro stop so super easy to get around the city. It felt really safe too because it was behind a private gate with code access. Our balcony overlooked the pretty courtyard. They let us store our bags the day of checkout. They had the room ready for us for an early check in. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. So pleased with our stay!

Very charming hotel in a great location. Breakfast was included and served in a cute garden on the back of the hotel. We loved this place a lot! Our room was spacious and very clean.

Our room was extremely cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The view of the garden from the breakfast room was beautiful, and the staff were very kind and let us drop out bags off many hours early.

Very nice and clean hotel. Its really well located (30 min walk from the Duomo). Its in an old building which brings a cool vibe. They have a nice garden and 2 floors. Indeed, it does not have an elevator and we had the room at the 2nd floor. They proposed we changed rooms since we had big luggage, but it was ok for us. The breakfast offers options, but misses vegetables. The coffee is really good. The staff is nice and friendly and helpful. They asked us to bring the luggage down the evening before as we were leaving at 4 AM and they wanted to avoid disturbing guests. While this was a gentle request and we did it, during the evening until 2 AM there were loud on our floor which didnt allowed us to rest and we had to wake up early. This is the reason I give them 4 stars.

Homey hotel with basic amenities, my room assigned on the ground floor was meh yet clean. The shower room was very tiny and felt very bumpy and uneasy to stretch your hands to scratch inside. Moreover , there’s no fridge in room. Breakfast was also so-so. It’s an ok choice for one night stay over to catch your train on the next morning. For a longer stay, I’d prefer to consider options available.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
