My stay at this hotel was spoiled by sewage smell that permeated the premises, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The provided towels were so worn that they had become nearly transparent. Additionally, the toilet was not clean; I had to use my Lysol wipe to clean around and behind the lid, and the shower exhibited signs of mold, as evident in the attached pictures. The shampoo was diluted to the point of ineffectiveness; on the first day, the container was half empty, indicating prior use by the previous guest. Moving on to the bed, although advertised as a double on the website, it felt smaller and was disappointingly hard as a rock, leading to a less-than-restful night. The room's dim lighting did little to improve the situation. On a positive note, the staff were warm and helpful, even offering to change our room. Despite their efforts, we decided to leave our fully paid, non-refundable room. Unfortunately, even after a few days, our clothing still retained the unpleasant sewage smell that was coming out from our bathroom rain pipe. Another positive aspect was the convenient location. Nevertheless, the overall experience fell far short of expectations

I had an amazing time, the staff Arat and Saad had excellent customer service, they were very helpful. I felt very welcomed at Charm, it had a great atmosphere with delicious food. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It’s located in the heart of Istanbul and so close to everywhere. Would definitely recommend. Especially the terrace as the views and the decor is stunning.

We had lunch here one day during our stay in Istanbul and the food was absolutely incredible. A simple dish such as chicken with fries was turned into a cultural experience, not to mention the more difficult dishes that were cooked in front of us, accompanied by a little flavourful show. The staff and the waiters were very nice and the experience, overall, was absolutely delightful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable, the room was comfortable, and the staff made me feel right at home. I enjoyed every moment and can't wait to come back in the future!

We had dinner at their restaurant. While the quality of the food was overall good, the prices were insanely high, we spent 100 euros for a few mezzes and 2 teas, with a portion of calamari consisting of literally 5 rings. Not worth what we paid.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
