Let us be up front; this IS a 3-star hotel not the 7-star hotel in Dubai (that said 3-star hotels are my favorite for their comfort to value ratio) I stayed at Garden View Hotel for 3 days in January 2024 with my elderly father. This hotel offers great value for money; especially given a very nice location, the hotel has a small lift and a reasonable grab and go cold breakfast is available. Location: The location of the Garden View Hotel is amazing; a 3-minute walk from the Earl's Court Tube Station (this station offers a direct transportation to Heathrow Airport [Terminal 2 & 3] on the Piccadilly line), a 5-minute walk from the restaurants, shops, pubs and financial services found on A3220 and a 7-minute walk from the Tesco super store. Negative: There are steps to get from the street to the front entrance without any access for someone confined to the wheelchair; I doubt the lift could accommodate said wheelchair either (yes, I understand that the building is old and cannot be retrofitted with any practicality). The 2nd negativity is the lack of a small refrigerator in the room, which would make the room 1000% more habitable and would unlike accessibility be a quick fix during a room refresh.

The hotel is old but not bad looking and clean. The room is small but I didn’t mind that. We had 4 of us and three beds. The bathroom was nice. I’m picky about bathrooms. We had booked 2 nights here but with no A/C we are only staying one. It was so so hot!! Slept terrible! The beds are comfortable, just waaayyy hot. It’s 89* F. With humidity in September. There is a small fan but it only cools down one persons at a time.

At this hotel, cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The quality of towels, toilet paper, and bed sheets is subpar. We even had an unwelcome visitor—a rat—enter our room through the window. The hotel staff gave us another room that’s appreciated, but. This experience forced us to keep the windows closed, making our stay uncomfortable. While the hotel might be tolerable for a very short stay, and for the position, I cannot in good conscience recommend it to a friend.

Save the location, the hotel is not good. Very small room with old, rubish like furniture. The window is very old that when opened you can not close it. No isolation, you can hear all what other guests do or say in their rooms. Cleaning staff do not do their jobs well, the room is always dirty, bathroom is a nightmare. Not recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
