Girlfriend getaway celebrating 55 years of friendship. Nikolas is a warm, welcoming, thoughtful and very attentive host. Great breakfast variety w fresh bread each morning , spotless rooms and modern shower in a lovingly restored historic stone building. Excellent location - steps away from Grote Market and the waterfront. If we’re in Antwerp in the future, we will surely stay here again. Thanks again Nikolas for a wonderful stay!

Attracted by the exterior, stayed because of the warm welcome and service. How lovely to receive such great service. I chatted to the bar manager and owner while I was there. I wanted a cosy, quiet place to sit and feel at ease. I got exactly that. I imagine the rooms would be great too. Lovely part of the city. Go, have a drink, a meal and a sit down.

Our stay at Charming Suites Jan Zonder Vrees was superb. Our room was a really pleasant surprise, clean, comfortable and spacious. It was amazing! Nicolas was an awesome host who looked after us with any request and went above and beyond. The position made it a very easy walk to the centre of town, shopping and restaurant strips. And close to the river. We certainly will return the next time we are in Antwerp.

This property was an absolute delight. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and very well decorated, including the separate seating area. The beds were very comfortable, with an actual queen sized mattress (not two twins pushed together). The bathrooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Breakfast the following morning left nothing to be desired and probably the best meal of our trip. The property's location was fantastic, within the old city center of Antwerp. Finally, the host Nicolas, was the most pleasant and accommodating host I have ever encountered. Nothing disappointed.

The food definitely does not deserve the 4.8 rating.. and. Orange juice out of a bottle is not freshly squeezed, even if the bottle says so.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
