We had a very nice stay. We were two families with small children. The rooms are clean, all air-conditioned, several nice balcony areas and really comfy beds. More than we had expected. The area is fairly central, old town, beach and Montjiuc castle and parc all within 30 mintues of bus or even walking distance.

Large and spacious rooms, comfy beds, extremely clean. The lobby was in a totally different building Parallel 65, kitchen layout really liked, plus there s a patio I didn't even know about . We highly recommend.

Several bad things. 1. When you arrive at the address, there is nothing. We needed to call a number. This is okay, but it would have been nice to know this beforehand. 2. As others pointed out already, the place is across the street from a large club. The club itself was not the problem, but the people gather outside on the street for all night when the club closes. It is incredibly noisy. 3. I NEVER had anything like this: We agreed on check-out at 9 PM. Literally 9:03 the cleaning lady came into the appartment. This itself is strangely strict, but understandable. What is not understandable however: She did come in without knocking, ringing or anything! Also, even though she saw that we are about to leave (luggage was already standing right there), she came in with all her gear and started cleaning around us, even without saying a word. Do her push her so hard to do this? We made sure to leave quickly, but this made it even worse. Because by this, I didn't check all rooms again and forgot my toothbruch charger in the bathroom. Since we still stayed in Barcelona for some days, I wrote and called the place and they actually told me I could come at a specified time to pick it up. So I went through the whole city to pick it up, but the guy there couldn't find it and was also not aware that I called his boss. He also couldn't reach him and told me that he would call me as soon as he could speak with him and found my charger. I am waiting to this day... So not only did they made me leave with a very bad check-out experience, they also stole my charger. But what weights more than this few-euro-device is that they stole my time, telling me that I could come and pick it up. How to treat customers like this is beyond my comprehension. Never again.

The flad was quite ok, with almost all the facilities we needed. The public tranports were around the corner (bus, metro), restaurants, supermarkets... However, the flat isn't good enough for the money we've paid for. The kitchen had lack of stuffs to cook, we've paid more than we should have (because when we arrived it was told us that taxes were raised and we were not noticed about that). We were 4 and it didn't have bed for 4. Only had one duvet... Overrated place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
