We had a splendid holiday there! After arriving the hotel, we instantly felt relax and happy, loved the vibe of the hotel, the ocean view, the history, the decor and most importantly the service provided were outstanding and made us feel welcome and warm. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was cozy, although we had our private pool, we did not use much because the ocean-front public pool was stunning, not to mention it was always quite and peaceful. Only receiving max. 8 groups of guests is one of the things I love, there will not be too many people ruin the zen feeling. The food there are also amazing, especially the breakfast. Usa was so nice helping us reserved the ocean-front seats for our first dinner there. It's super romantic, I will recommend having at least one dinner during your stay in PRAWN, if not all night (like us!) I would like to express our true appreciation to the service team there, they always clean our room quickly, quietly and thoroughly; the restaurant staffs are always nice and keen to help; I always got quick response and timely help using LINE; and a special thank to Usa, who is so kind and nice, we have a wonderful anniversary in this place, will definitely will coming back!

Haven't been to such a place surrounded with peace and luxury in the country for a while. It's just so peaceful in nature. The villa is just steps away from the beach and the main pool. With its small number of rooms, you can expect no crowds. The only drawback is the breakfast. With a la carte, the choices and serves could have been more of a 5-star experience.

We, a family of 4, stayed here for 3 nights and this is the best boutique resort you could find in Hua hin!! Everything was on point! Breakfast was amazing, especially the avocado toast. Delicious! The service was as just marvelous! The hotel building and the room were well designed and unique. The atmosphere of Khao Tao was quite serene and the beach in front of the hotel was superb. The hotel garden was also well maintained. 10/10 would highly recommend! Of course, we’ll be back again!!

Magnifique!!! The hotel is a real Boutique Hotel (small, with only 8 rooms…. Elegant architecture, with it colonial style…). I loved everything in the hotel and here are the best memories (impossible to list all): - The room with its classic style - The breakfast: “all you can eat” a la carte - The huge pool - The very clean beach - The staff : 48 staff for 8 rooms :-) I have been lucky to meet the General Manager during the afternoon tea and she explained to me the background and the story of the hotel… exciting!!! Even if the prices of the room and the restaurant are very high, it is worth to have a guest experience in this hotel !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
