Beautiful apartment, great location, easy access. The direct access worked flawlessly. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to visit in our three days. And the apartment had all the Central European charm you could ask for, including a wonderful outdoor patio. Highly recommend.

the problems started on the first day when we spent 30 minutes entering the code to enter the room and the machine stopped working. On the second day we had no water for about 6 hours. On the third day we had no hot water. unacceptable service, do not recommend to anyone, we were just inconvenienced. Also the reception kept lying to us that in 1 hour the problem will be solved and we just waited 2 days. I would never stay at this hotel again, they ruined our holiday. I hope your answer is not really sorry but we couldn't do anything. I paid you, you didn't host me

We stayed at chateau 9 apartments, suite 14. The room was great and met our expectations. Everything you might need to stay the night in centre of Prague to staying a few days. However this morning for breakfast we were greeted by a very blunt and rude lady from the cafe below, who also had her dog sitting on a stool 3 feet away from where we was moved to! She asked us to move from a 4 person table since we were only a 2, but once we moved 2 more people came in from the street and they were seated in the same 4 person table literally seconds after. I felt for the money the options of food was very restricted. We was offered coffee or tap water any other drinks would have been an extra charge. I would definitely go for the cheaper option for the suite not including the breakfast next time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and, loved the room, comfy and clean! Thanks

Fantastic location. The best!! We stayed in 2 over our duration, both clean, beautifully presented and full of character (attic apartment & roof top terrace apartment) The beds were amazingly comfortable and what really surprised us for such a central location in the historic old town, was how quiet it was! We slept with windows open, and not a sound!! The only fault is that both main bathrooms only had a see through curtain up at the window, offering no privacy. We had to use towels to cover the windows, which for such amazing apartments seemed a bit crazy! Simple to fix but would make such a big difference! Kitchens are very basic and provide no essentials like olive oil, salt & pepper etc. Not a problem for us, but if you were here with the intention to eat in, you have to buy from scratch. Overall, excellent apartments, would love to return!

No doubts we will book it again. Cleanest, very much space, more comfortable bed that at home! From night 5 they would change any bed clothes needed. Loved it. The ubication is excellent!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
