        My room was clean and comfortable but the shower was difficult. The water is either too hot or cold. There was no adjusting the temperature. The staff are professional. If you have a car the location is ok. Without a vehicle the location is difficult. Its a long walk to bts and long walk to restaurants. There is a small cafe across the street but nothing more in the area. It worked for a short stay but the location is simply not convenient.

        The location offers nothing in particular! The rooms are very big with all comfort, they clean the room every day, 2 bottles of water every day. I give 1 star for the service because of the lady at the reception desk who was disagreeable with us from when we entered till we left the hotel

        Been staying for 4 days 3 nights in this hotel. First impression, bad, not feeling welcomed. The manager was not even smiling at all. All of sudden, took your luggage, I know her intention was helping but at least, offer or ask first like, allow me to help you or do you mind... say something. or at least just greetings, will be nice. I book for 1 room 3 beds( the main reason I booked this hotel ) I took my family with me, but once i asked for another room card, they said they don't have any spare which I have still 2 the others member of my family that had different agenda. she was so RUDE to my sister and my mom when they asked to open our room, trying to charge my sister 20 baht for taking the room card out with me. So MEANING I'm not allowed to take my own room key with me. Which she did,'t even brief us that. Weird ! And also the room card always error everytime I enter my room so I had to go down again to ask them to enter my room. The staff always entered to our room once we left the room to turn off the AC. She always notice whoever going out from the hotel. I felt like I wasn't in hotel but like in dorm. You are literally watched. there was no receptionist at all at night. only the security outside. The day that I checked out, she was smiling saying bye like nothing happen. Blowing my mind ! I work as Flight attendant been living in hotel every where in the world, and I can say this hotel is the worst that I ever been. especially you are in Thailand with their awesome hospitality.

        Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked on Agoda at about SGD20++ (below 30) a night. Room was very spacious and clean. They have basic amenities - AC, towels, kettle, hairdryer etc. The pillow was not the most comfortable but stacking them helps. The shower was not the best as it is hard to control the temperature, but otherwise it is a clean bathroom and I don't mind it. I think its a decent stay if you don't mind the walk to to the On Nut BTS station. It is a plus point if you love cats because there are 2 of them in the property ☺️

        My first impression of the hotel is very bad because, The So Called Manager (one with bob cut hair with glasses because the rest of the staff was well behaved and helpful so can't blame everyone) but this lady... with so much attitude and arrogance as if giving us free stay. Not answering for any of our queries. Such behaviour is not acceptable when you are into hotel industry. We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious but no hot water as the geyser was not working and they didn't bother to fix it saying the technician was not available. The location is 20 mins (1.12km) walk from the BTS station called "On Nut". They have their shuttle service to BTS but according to their timings. So can't say every hour.
