Wonderful stay at the Chatrium Hotel. The service was impeccable with the staff always willing to assist. We had a standard room and it was still amazing with wonderful views and a spacious room. All basic amenities provided. There is even a shared outdoor pool. The buffet breakfast encompasses a range of cuisines from standard continental to eggs, bacon etc, Indian, Thai, Japanese and Chinese style foods.

We visited Chatrium Riverside for our honeymoon in Feb 2020. Loved it so much that we brought the whole family back for a trip and made sure to book our stay at the Chatrium again. The view from the room is incredible and the guest service is amazing! Not to forget the amazing breakfast buffet! So much variety and good quality. Mr. Chatmongkum (Top) was very accommodating and super friendly for our check in. We arrived to Bangkok on an early flight and he was able to organize early check in for us very efficiently. He was very kind and made us feel very comfortable for our upcoming stay. Thanks Top!

If you don't mind toenails or pubic hair greeting you in your room - this hotel is for you! Great location, nice taxi boat service, and kind staff who try to make whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. Unfortunately for us, we don't like to find nail clippings on the floor and dirt crumbs on the carpet as we walk into our room, which is exactly what happened. The embarrassed receptionist who escorted us to our room quickly got her act together and told us she will prepare a new room for us and that she will make sure the housekeeping team takes good care of it. At that point we left the hotel for a walk in the city, and when we got back a couple of hours later, we were shown to our new room which had a long curly piece of hair resting comfortably on one of the nicely folded towels. At this point it was 9.30pm and our three young children were too exhausted to handle any more room changes, and we lost hope that the next room would be any cleaner, so we just stayed there, uncomfortable and disgusted. In addition to the dirt, the room itself is not well maintained, with scratches on the walls and floors, mouldy bathrooms, and stained furniture. Not the relaxing 5 star experience we were hoping for. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about the cleanliness of the room. Otherwise the location is great and the staff are doing what they can with the cards they are dealt with.

Wow! Loved everything about this place! We arrived late so ate in the buffet restaurant, the best buffet I've seen outside of Vegas 🤣 the staff were incredible and great with our children. We had a suite which was fantastic with stunning views of the river and sunset. This will be our go to Bangkok hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
