It's a great location. Right in the middle of everything, but down a quiet street. We were about 2 minutes from Bold Street, and all of the restaurants and cafes. The room was fine. It was quite spacious, the towels and bed linen was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom all looked quite new. We were warm enough most of the time and only put one heater on for a short time, but it warmed the room up quickly. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was clean and tidy with a full sized fridge. There were only 2 cups, plates, etc and no bread knife or dishes for the oven. We didn't cook properly but it would be annoying if you wanted to heat anything up or actually make some tea. There was no hairdryer, but there was plenty of storage. The sofa and TV area was comfy. We popped up to the roof terrace and it was lovely! We could see the cathedral and the docks, as we were halfway between them. Overall we felt it was value for money and would stay here again if we were to come back.

Great central location. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Allowed us to check in early and check out late. The apartments had everything we needed and was clean. Good car parking facilities also.

Perfect location, very short walk to town but the Appartment was really quiet. The staff were really welcoming and the room size was much bigger than we thought. Comfy bed and got complimentary late check out as our train was over an hour late arriving. Would highly recommend and will be returning for our annual visit next year

I stayed in One Key Apartments and didn’t have the best experience in all honesty. I stayed here for the weekend Friday - Sunday and I had to ring up at 00:44 on my first night because it was absolutely boiling and they had no air con or fans to help cool us down. I completely understand that it may come across I’m asking too much however they said they would give us a fan but I had to ring up 3 times for them to give us one and I just felt I was nagging rather them then wanting to provide us with a good service, it just didn’t feel like a value for money for my 21st birthday. Not only did I find the communication was bad but my boyfriend wanted to do a package with them for my birthday such as balloons and banners etc and they was saying they will do it and looking offering different prices however they ended up cancelling this last minute because they was “too busy” yet I rang up and they said they was still offering this but then they never contacted us about this again. I will say that the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and it is in a perfect location!

Room very spacious, good apartment near town 10min walking. Unfortunately a night was suppost to be a good one to chill in peace and quiet the people on next door apartment was yelling and banging doors till so late. So no sleep for us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
