The room (superior city view) Is small but well organized, 3/5 because the shower was cold 2 times out of 3 and 1 of 3 It wasn't possible to have a proper temperature (too hot or cold). We changed the room in our 3 nights of stay and the issue was the same in both rooms. Service Is in the average of the area, position Is excellent.

This is a great hotel! Simple and to the point! Super clean rooms, very central close to everything, right across a beautiful beach, amazing service, great value for money! I extended my stay here for 3 nights Thank you!

Lovely hotel, in a very good location only a few minutes from Chaweng Beach, and right on the main street of Chaweng so restaurants and bars are very close. The hotel is very nice and modern and clean, with lots of wardrobe space ideal for our week stay. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was good (once I’d figured out how to work it properly). Breakfast was also good, and all the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Probably our only complaint is the shower in our room was a bit temperamental, either freezing or boiling, but is definitely not the end of the world. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Chaweng.

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, especially if you prefer being close to the main street. Staying here is worthwhile for its prime positioning. However, the room condition was just okay and fell short on the interior. While the location is fantastic, improvements are needed for the room quality. Nonetheless, if you prioritize proximity to the main street, this hotel could be a suitable choice. Consider the trade-off between location and room condition when making your decision.

Prime location. Near to beach and all other facilities. Petrol station a bit far away but its fine. Near to airport & has a market with food stalls right outside the entrance. Only problem is housekeeping is available at specific time so if you need housekeeping service gotta wait until they start.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
