I booked a room without window, room has mouldy smell, there was a worm and spider crawling at wall, the walls are cracked. The cleanliness is bad I can see the cupboard mould and dust. With same location have better hotel instead of this, definitely not going back. Reception was friendly to assist in anything, but the room condition really really bad.

I stayed here for 4 nights they are clean and clear our room in everyday, i ask them to borrow the iron they are provide us as well without extra fee. For the location very easy for walk through the hotel because there are many ways you can take such as by bus, mrt taipei main, mrt zhongshan just walk only 4-5 minutes will arrive there. air-conditioner is okay cool all the night. For me the bathroom is a comfortable the size is not small : wet and dry zone was separated as well. Good good good

It all depends on what your needs are. A good variety of food available around the hotel. Need to walk at least 10mins to met stations. My choice of this hotel bcos it is near to Airport Mrt Station Exit Y13. Though small hotel but delightful customer service. Friendly and polite .

Found a good accommodation just 10 min away from Taipei Main Station. Really accessible. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Room is very clean. Has nice aircon, and bathroom. They clean the room everyday, replace towels and provide bottled waters. There is a nearby family mart as well. Would definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

Room was small and smell bad, water drain clogged, faucet generated weird sound when used. Location is great, very near taipei bus main station.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
