The staff here are very nice and speaks English well. This feels like a real hostel where you can meet other travelers in the large common area where many guests hang out. The place is clean and in an awesome central Hong Kong location. It's a solid budget place to stay in an otherwise very expensive city for hotels. The downside is, expect it to get noisy. If you're not a deep sleeper, you should bring whatever you need to manage noise. The hostel has quiet hours but don't expect everybody to abide. Granted, most people are courteous. But if you're rooming with six others, all it takes is one rude person to ruin the peace. I also didn't like how there are people who seem to live there. I can tell they live there because they'd store huge amounts of possessions that no tourist would have. They'd also hang their clothes everywhere. It completely clutters the already tiny room. I'd be nice to limit the amount of things someone can store in the room.

I paid 258 HK dollars for the bed, the toiletries and a towel. I imagine that is a bit discounted price. I arrived at 2 am and the check-in lady was super professional and supportive. She responded straightaway and I never needed to wait for anything. It's clean and quiet here, the people who are staying here seem okay. And it has felt safe. Overall, I recommend staying here if your budget is limited.

3 story bunk beds, 6 beds in a room. i was m the top and fell off at 4:30 am when trying to go to the bathroom. other than the physical scars i have, decent place. there’s only 2 bathrooms and 2 showers so you have to wait at times which sucks. wifi is decent

The dorm rooms are very basic, three tiered bunk beds and quite small. However it is in a great, central location. I understand there aren’t a ton of affordable options in Hong Kong so this is a safe and convenient one. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. While I did not find it to be the mosh social hostel when I stayed. However, I understand that there is a weekly pub crawl.

We’ve got a private room for three person and it’s was alright. What else do you need when in Hongkong? Just a simple room with a small desk, two double-beds and a 2m2 bathroom. The AC is working but it’s super loud but you just take it! There is also a small lobby/gathering room with spare space for cooking/heating and also hanging out with others. In total we really enjoyed this place as it’s location was super good for going to causeway bay and the MRT connections are close too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
