Stayed for 4 days with family. Location is good, but the cleanliness of the room was poor. I asked room cleaning in the morning before leaving for tour, but when I returned at night, the floor was mess and even the cups were not washed at all. I checked Google reviews and found 1 review that I need to asked for cleaning at the front. I did it same and also asked vacuuming, but only cups were washed but the floor was dirty again. The room sound proofing was very poor and could hear what other rooms were talking. Maybe I had I trusted only good reviews, but I should have cared poor ones.

- Location: good - Room has no sound proof, house keepers cleaned the rooms next door and made noises. I couldnt sleep. Room abit dark, has only 1 vague window. - Service: they dont do proper clean, they came into the room and picked trash. No toilet cleaning or make bed. If you want them clean, you have to ask them

Double Executive Room booked. The room was perfect, nice, clean, absolutely well designed. Location also good, on the main road, at 8 minutes walk to MRT. Staff very nice and helpful. 2 small negative points: breakfast could be better + 2 days without cleaning my room when i have asked to do it on each morning at the hotel reception. Overall i would highly recommend it, especially the room.

Very spacious room. Quiet and centrally located in Taipei. Hearty Taiwanese breakfast included as well. A home away from home for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
