Great location for Taipei 101. shopping too a lot of convenient stores near by great staff very nice and great service. The host I had in the evening he was very very helpful. Help me book my taxi too, great guy my room had a view to Taipei 100 too.

Exceptional service and the bed was very comfortable. Staff Jamie and the rest of the staff really go the extra mile.. Breakfast was great, too. The location is a huge plus. The only minus is that the walls are thin, but that's normal of most Taiwanese hotels.

I stayed in the room x05 from 28/12/2023 - 30/12/2023. Despite a prime location next to Taipei 101, my experience was marred by cold showers, poor soundproofing, noisy neighbors, and water pressure issues. The price for a three-star hotel did not align with the disappointing stay. The only positive aspect was the proximity to Taipei 101, I hope this feedback helps improve overall experience for future guests.

I did the quarantine here. I love the room, small but nice. Location is wonderful, 10 min walk from Taipei 101. I had a corner room which allowed me to see Taipei 101 out of the washroom windows. At night the view is spectacular. I also like the service which utilizes Line for communication with housekeeping. Their response is quick and helpful. The only shortcoming was the food which was just so so but you can do Uber Eats. Will definitely stay there again if I had to.

Location wins with best price! We booked via agoda for 75 U.S. dollars a night. I love the easy location and access to many points of interests. Staff are friendly. Room- 2 issues: the wifi connects with no internet. (2) when you turn off the lights a red light is on while you sleep. Super annoying if you're a light sleeper. Overall the hotel was 4☆

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
