Great location. right in the middle of tamsui tourist attractions. EVA CHEN, the reception/service lady is super friendly. 很好客很体贴. That's the best thing i like about this hotel. Hotel comes with cold/warm/hot water dispenser, washing machine and dryer. Do take note that hotel rooms does not have heater if you are coming during winter. Like some other reviews, walls are alittle thin (might not be the best place for light sleepers). During my stay, encounter a short period (30mins) of water supply cut off. Only 1 of 3 lifts is working when i went out at 7:30am (though the notice said 22:30-06:00) Other than that, the stay is rather good. What the hotel lacks in are more than compensated by the service of Eva Chen. Thank you very much.

We are so thankful that when we arrived early during the bad weather, they let us entered our room immediately and handed us towels to dry ourselves. The service was just perfect. The view was great, too, cause it faced the lake. Thank you so much for everything, we had such a wonderful time.

Across the Tamsui Mrt Station Simple no frills . Clean towels. Small bathroom w toilet attached . Food mall just below the inn . Staff were very helpful when we arrived for checking in. Enjoyed my stay.

this is a self check in hotel so there is no service at all. only 1 staff is around but don't expect that she will help you with all the problems. people who haven't checked in can't come into the hotel after 5pm as the door would be locked. CS also can't help you with anything as no one will come to your room to fix things. they don't really respect customers and accommodate to their requests. my worst experience ever. the price is totally not worth it and i won't recommend anyone to live in this hotel.

Bad experience. We have booked a room with Seaview but there was a construction outside our room window. We could not open the curtain at all as the construction can see through our room directly. It was quite noisy too. Tried to communicate with front desk, the woman just said they cannot help with this and construction will be stop after 5. But to be honest, I paid for the view and the hotel should notice us before we check-in about this situation. Front desk said it is agoda responsibility to refund and cannot help us at all. The construction will be last at least in May. Please consider whether u should book this hotel with this situation.
