The service and atmosphere are very nice and the waitresses are super friendly and accommodating. However I wasn’t too pleased with the food. I ordered a poutine and it was super dry, literally no gravy (must have dried up). There was a glaze of gravy at the top but totally dry after that. They were very generous with the cheese curds which I appreciated :) The batter of the fish and fries tasted bitter, so the taste wasn’t great. They are super generous with the sides of fries too :) I would come back but order a different item!

The staff were all very friendly and able to accommodate both English and French very easily. The inside atmosphere matches perfectly to the town and the surrounding nature. My order of a burger and fries was delicious but I found I was not provided enough dipping sauce for all the fries!

🛑 NOT WORTH YOUR TIME 🛑 the food is good but expensive! The service sucks! It took our group about two hours to have lunch and staff was not willing to put a group that had been split up into numerous tables together in one table, when the table became available because they weren’t willing to split the share of the profits from the tips. The service not accurate! They came out with a different order and set it on our table. We had to ask for drinks numerous times! Parking is HORRIBLE for a weekday lunch time crowd. Expensive as well! A salad+1 Lbs of Wings + 1 Negroni (drink) +$5 tip was $77 for one person!

A great spot in the heart of Chelsea QC right on the main road. Excellent pub food with a few other great choices. They have a great selection of locally sourced draught beers along with a fairly extensive wine menu. A limited but varied menu ensures the highest quality foods and almost everything is made in house… like their smoked pork and beef, and their handmade burgers.

A warmly lit and bustling main floor welcomes you in from the cold. It's interior is decorated to match it's warm, cozy atmosphere. Proximity to people adds to a lively and welcome background ambience. The food was delicious and piping hot, I only had to wait a bit as my order got mixed up

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
