        They're the least helpful managing agents we've had, and the others weren't great. Ignoring disputes with neighbours and disregarding breach of lease and putting the building at a fire risk. Expensive fees and very slow to start works, and for the most part unresponsive service or leaving it to the very last minute. Used the pandemic as an excuse at every turn for delays on building works and then the quotes increased. Had to plead with them to do damp proof works, and they didn't until I was desperate. They installed a new censored light system which is supposed to go on and off in communal hallways, but does not. No idea what the waste of energy must be and the cost. Installed new carpets and their own contractors damaged them. Kept the cleaners they hired coming for months to a total building site when their contractors delayed minor works for months and the managing agents weren't proactive in updating us. We had to chase them constantly. The hallway was covered in sheets, building materials and there was no need for the cleaners to come both pointless, and probably unsafe conditions to work in. They haven't provided invoices for the last year on request and demand of service charges. Since there were a lot of works, it's not acceptable. Show little care or interest in managing the building, and dealing with tenant issues. This is like getting blood out of a stone.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
