Cherry blossoms close temporarily but I had a good time there room comes with breakfast staff very nice but rooms need to be updated .Robinson mall just a walk away not a bad place very economy hotel to stay.

Good Customer Service. But needs to update the rooms,TV especially. But all employees that works there makes your stay more relaxed and at home. But the place needs to update, like furniture,better bed mattress (very hard) , TV ( very old).

I have been staying regularly at the Cherry Blossoms since 2008. Initially, my then girlfriend at the time made my initial reservation for me, having learned about and looking into the hotel before flying out. She had assured me that it was a nice facility; clean, secure, mall was nearby, and of course reasonably priced. I didn't need a high-end hotel, as the hotel was for me to sleep in when the day's events were finished. She was right, and I kept returning year after year. This recent trip was the first I've made back to Manila in three years, due some life changing events. As usual, I booked with the Cherry Blossoms. Reserved my room, arranged for pickup at the airport. In the correspondence between me and their reservations agent, I happened to ask if Love & April still worked at the front desk. They were among the "constants" for me since that first year I stayed there. I was happy to find out they still were. Fast forward to my arrival, Love was there to check me in. First thing she said upon seeing me was "Welcome back, Sir! Good to see you again!" I was greeted in a similar manner when I saw April the next morning. I really wanted to run behind the counter and give them both big hugs as I was so happy to see their friendly, familiar faces here. Other employees who recognized me over the years gave me similar greetings as well. THAT is why I continue to stay here. In the three years I had not visited, I was fortunate enough that I am financially in a little better place that I did contemplate trying a different hotel. But when I thought about it, what was the need? I had all I needed at the Cherry Blossoms. I stay for typically 2.5 - 3 weeks at a time. During the time, other employees grow accustomed to me that I don't have to give my room number when I return to the hotel and get my key. The people here get to know their guests. They're all friendly and helpful. I truly feel at home here. One thing I know, I'm looking forward to the next time I return. Thank you, everyone at the Cherry Blossoms Hotel!
