We had an amazing stay - great location with very friendly staff. The hotel is right next to ‘Japan Town’, lots of convenient stores nearby and street stall food vendors outside (delicious beef noodles). The decor and style of the hotel was very in line with the locality. Everywhere was walking distance as you’re in the hub of District 1. There’s also a local shopping mall nearby with lots of food options and a supermarket (recommended by the hotel concierge). They also knew we were celebrating our anniversary and gave us a complimentary bottle of Vietnamese red wine to celebrate. We loved our stay and definitely recommend this hotel!

First, NOT for the "mobility-impaired!" Steep, narrow staircase leading to basement entrance. Appears the original entrance just above ground level was replaced by a dining area to accommodate "breakfast" (quotes intended. They have neither cooking capabilities nor equipment to keep foods warm. Stick with cereal or bread.) Had a two-story Japanese-style loft. Bed upstairs in an area with about a 5'/152cm or lower ceiling. Again, room wouldn't be suitable for "mobility-impaired." Nice staff, great location near Nguyen Hue Walking Street.

Good location. Next to the messy Japan street. The hotel is Japan style decorated, but running in a low budget motion. The staff is helpful but tired looking. The room is good. Impressive bath tub. But the hot water should be from heat tank, so 50% chance ull get not so hot water unless allow time for the system to reheat. Overall, there are pros and cons, but what u get value what u pay.

Easy check in, Friendly staff, Excellent room quality is everything we need and expect. This place has a sweet, clean, and nice smell. First impression is that we got a great room and a good deal. Looking forward to explore the building amenities as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
