        Very central but touristy location; was booked up this time so we went with a different hotel, but was considering this for next time so we stopped in after shopping next door at La Samaritaine to just take a look, and see if there was a cafe or bar we could visit in the hotel to check out the ambience. The staff immediately gave us attitude about sitting in the (empty) lobby and I wanted to leave, but my family was tired and needed to sit for a few minutes. Within 5 minutes the staff came back to harass us to leave. I guess they had nothing better to do with their time…? As I mentioned, there were no guests around at all so it’s not possible that someone saw us and complained or something. Also honestly not sure if we were treated this way because we were Asian. I’ve literally never said this in my life, but having been to many 5-star establishments around the world, including in Paris, I’ve never been made to feel as actively unwelcome as I was at Cheval Blanc Paris during the 5 short minutes we spent in the lobby. I don’t work in the hospitality industry and I can appreciate the value of protecting guests’ privacy, but I also don’t find it reasonable to be so inhospitable as to discourage potential future guests entirely. I’m sad to say that we won’t be staying here in the future. I’m a New Yorker; even by our standards this was impressively rude and unprofessional. If you think about it, it’s actually a feat of (lacking) hospitality to leave someone like me who almost never writes online reviews, with SUCH a terrible impression in just 5 minutes that they spend 10 minutes writing a review… 😅 To hotel mgmt: Please consider training your reception staff, enroll them in psychotherapy, or pay them more so they don’t act so actively hostile to innocent tourists who might otherwise become your future guests 🙏

        Excellent location. State of the art hotel with a classic and vintage feel. Very friendly and warm staff. Room service has the feel of a Michelin fine dining restaurant. Will definitely stay again!

        Magnificent facility paired with a staff trained in the art of quiet luxury, Cheval Blanc is worthy of the LVMH name and brand reputation. The Dior Spa and swimming pool are beautiful amenities and the suite’s all marble bathroom were among the nicest I’ve seen. We felt pampered and enjoyed the central locatjon. I’d gladly return and stay again.

        First of all, ignore any negative reviews of this hotel. The people who wrote them were generally not guests of the hotel and could not understand that this hotel protects it's guest's privacy and prioritizes their experience. I brought my wife and daughter here for my wife's 40th birthday and we could not have had a better experience. I communicated with the concierge team leading up to our stay and they were very responsive and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was blown away to see balloons in our beautiful suite in the shape of '40' along with a bottle of champagne and the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever tasted. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, pristine clean, and well appointed. Every night we came back to a different amenity or something to wow us including a hand crafted chocolate Eiffel Tower and hand written notes from the staff. The location can't be beat, the views are amazing, the staff is friendly without being overwhelming, and our stay was a 10/10. This is the best fine star hotel experience we've ever had! Hands down. Thank you for making my wife's birthday so incredible.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
