i love this hotel so much that I want to gatekeep it but they deserve this recognition honestly. it is by far one of the absolute best hotels i have ever stayed at. the staff are incredibly welcoming and provided great service throughout our stay. they were quick to respond to any of our queries and extended our checkout period, which we are incredibly grateful for! the rooms are so clean and spacious and everything was provided for us. this is my absolute go to hotel whenever i am in dubai! personal thank you to Ahmed for his amazing hospitality.

The staff looked after us from the moment we stepped through the door. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, especially the apartments. It also has a lovely and fairly quiet pool and gym. The restaurant also serves some delicious meals and it is located next to Nakheel mall which has a nice selection of restaurants and shops. The apartment was cleaned and serviced daily to a high standard. Shoutout to Ramesh, Jyoti and Ashif for their efforts keeping the room clean and supplies replenished on a daily basis. Would definitely recommend.

While I appreciate the overall pleasant ambiance of the rooms and the friendly demeanor of the staff, I must express my dissatisfaction with the substantial noise levels that significantly impede the ability to sleep peacefully. The incessant disturbance has made it nearly impossible to enjoy a restful night. Furthermore, the ongoing construction activities within the hotel only exacerbate the situation, creating an environment that falls short of providing the tranquility one would expect during their stay. I kindly request that measures be taken to address and alleviate these disturbances, ensuring a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Cheval Maison is an exceptional Hotel with an exceptional staff. The hospitality at Cheval Maison is extraordinary. A special thanks to Cham at the front desk who is always ready to support us. along with Cham, Caroline and Francis were superb at customer management. Also one must mention the Room service staff lead by Sunil and Danda. Very professional guys and excellent in their work. They are amazing in their service. I have been staying for 12 days. Very Good for long or short stays. Cheval Maison is our second home now for my husband and myself, and we will come here again in the near future. location is great, right next to Nakheel mall, a lot of options to eat and shop. Pet friendly property

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
