Very bad customer service, especially when you check in. A lot of the daily essentials are included, and they said no its not and they made me pay for it even though i showed them what the agreement was between the Millitah and the hotel. Even breakfast you cant enjoy because they are on top of you as you eat! Please leave people eat comfortablely! Great location, bad employees! If you are from Libya, run away my friend.

Just the Location great Small rooms Bad smell from the AC. Never cleaned the filter at all The worst things is the insects everywhere and neither management nor the security did anything to remove ants No daily cleaning the room to save money from housekeeper mcists Internet is very bad and daily 4 times you have to call the security to come to the 5 floor to reset the router. When i asked the security to find a way by changing the router. He replied management does not want to pay money Very low quality in the amenities cheap and worse Bad refrigerator some times become my fruit frozen I can recommend just for location but not for any service at all Staying in this residence is wasting money with no life enjoyment at all

Perfect location for a family get away in Istanbul, centrally located to many attractions like the famous taxim square. The staff are also very courteous and supportive especially Mohammed and Khalil. We will definitely return there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
