We’ve spent two weeks at the Villa and our experience is very positive. The location is great, just outside town in a nice area but also close to the beach. Very easy to get food delivered or jump on your bike/taxi. What makes the different is the lovely team working at the Villa, they are the kindest people and made our stay very pleasant. I stayed at Chez Mimosa with my boyfriend for 6 days. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home and it was a very comfortable stay with great beds! I fell down on my trip and Mr Young helped me to buy ice to do icing for my leg :”) He was very helpful and went the extra mile, always greeting us by our names every morning. Best hotel I’ve stayed at, hospitality wise. The breakfast was also rather delicious. I also liked the pool. Even though it was small it was enough for me to have a short dip. I am very satisfied with my stay here and would return again in the future.

Awesome hotel! The whole hotel was super clean and organized. The rooms where really spacious as well as the super comfy beds. The hotel staff was very lovely and extremely dedicated to help you with whatever you needed. It is a little outside of old town but only a 5-10min ride by taxi. You could even grab one of the push bikes from the hotel for free to get to town or the beach. A mini mart and a few other restaurants and cafes are all in walking distance. Altogether we had a really nice time at Chez Mimosa and would always come back :)

We had a wonderful experience at Chez Mimosa Blue Villa Hoi An. The quality of service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist and provide helpful advice. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. Highly recommended! We also had the chance to visit their new project called Mimosa Hoi An - Lua retreat, surrounded by rice fields, and we are already looking forward to staying there next time we visit Hoi An again. See you again soon Chez Mimosa Team 👌

We recently stayed at Chez Mimosa in Hoi An and it was an exceptional experience. The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One standout feature was the reasonable price, considering the level of service and quality accommodations. The staff was incredibly helpful in planning our daily activities, providing great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and more. Another great perk was the free daily laundry service, which kept our clothes clean throughout our stay. Also bikes were free for use anytime and the old city is about 15 minutes away. Cycling is great because the whole old city allows no taxis in the evening. Tay was a true gem, greeting us with a cheerful demeanor and a great sense of humor. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail made our stay memorable. Young was also very helpful and available for assistance. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
