Absolutely loved our stay here with the family. It's tucked away but just a short stroll down to the beach. It's small, with just twelve rooms encircling the private pool and breakfast area. The couple that runs it are amazing! A wealth of knowledge about what to see and do around Santorini. They will do anything and everything to make your stay enjoyable. I couldn't recommend them more.

I highly recommend this place! My boyfriend and I chose it as our budget-friendly hotel for the start of our Santorini stay, and reserved a luxury resort in Oia for later. To our surprise, this hotel ended up being the highlight of our vacation to Greece and we wish we had stayed here for the entire Santorini portion of our trip!!! Although the hotel building itself isn't extravagant, our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was well-maintained, and breakfast was delicious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The care we received made us feel like part of the family!!! I have to give a big shoutout to Tina and George – they go above and beyond. George sat down with us on our first morning at Chez Sophie and gave us fantastic personalized recommendations of things to do and places to go on the island. He recommended some activities/sites that weren't on our radar but ended up being our favorite parts of the trip! He even sketched out a cute map of the island with all of our planned activities. Tina arranged our airport transportation, budget-friendly car rental, and a reasonably priced boat tour. They were both so sweet and helpful throughout our stay! Also, the location was perfect!! Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough that you can escape the noise at night. It is less than a 5 min walk to the beach, right around the corner from restaurants and markets, and about 10 minutes from the hub of Kamari. The nearby section of the beach is mostly empty at night and it was so romantic to be able to drink a glass of wine alone on the beach after dinner. If you are reading this, BOOK NOW!

Chez Sophie owners are the most amazing couple, Tina and George cannot do enough to help and advise. The rooms are spotless which are cleaned daily, the staff that work at Chez Sophie are some of the best I have encountered. There is never a rush for sunbeds and the breakfast is varied and more than enough for all. We will be returning next year.

Very-very pleasant stay at Chez Sophie! The owners are very friendly and helpful, they obviously living for their dream! :) The rooms are clean, the service comes everyday, breakfast played well! The pool is fantastic for the kids and the adults as well! The always busy beach is not more than 5 mins walk, however the Hotel is silent. The owners can give you an excellent guide to discover Santorini! One more thing: If you have a car, quad, motor etc… you can use their free praking space 1 min walk from the Hotel!

Difficult to fault this place in any way. Clean with a lovely pool area. Friendly and helpful owners. Situated just out of the hurly burly of central Kamari but within easy walking distance of the beach and a myriad of bars and Tavernas all serving excellent fare. Excellent value for money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
