If you are coming to Hoi A you must must must stay here. This was easily the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in. The family who own the house looked after our every need cleaning and cooking for us. We got to see all the local spots thanks to the owners and experienced so many amazing things. Eveything was perfect. This was by far the best place to stay in the whole of Vietnam.

We stayed at this lovely villa for 4 days in April. The owner Mr Xuan was away but we were looked after very well by Hong, Xuan's wife. She came every morning to cook us a fresh breakfast, which was fantastic. Hong is an excellent cook and was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though Xuan was away we were able to speak to him on the phone and he arranged tours and gave us advice of where to go. He even organised a tour for us when we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City! This lovely villa is in the middle of the Tra Que vegetable village, they provide bikes free of charge and it's easy to cycle to the beach or town. Watching the farmers working on their gardens every day was a joy and amazing to see how much produce they harvested. All in all, this place is a gem of a find and you will not be disappointed.

We took a local motorbike tour with Xuan and his neighbor. Xuan speaks great English and French! First he showed us around the farming village and the different herbs and plans they were growing. We had a great time discovering local backroads only motorbikes could access. He gave us a lot of information regarding all the areas we passed, shrimp ponds, old hue city, he showed us old American bunkers. Then we went to the coconut village area where his business partner gave us a wonderful tour of the coconut village by basket boat. The basket boat tour was well done and did not feel rushed. Our tour guide showed us the smaller less crowded areas of the coconut forest and also showed us the crabs and fish in the forest. Then we stopped at a coffee roasting place to drink coffee, a local market where fish is sold and a boat repair yard where the local fishing boats undergo maintenance and repairs. We drove through some rice fields on the way back and saw the farmers sowing new rice seeds. Xuan was a gracious tour guide and was very accommodating. He provided rain jacket/bags to wear when it started raining and made sure we were comfortable during the tour. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for a week and it was great. Xuan and his family are incredibly nice. They are more then happy to help you with anything you need. They offer great food, free bicycles, laundry, motor bike tours and more! We rented a motorbike for the duration of our stay which made it super easy to get to the beach and old town. Nice and relaxing to stay away from the crowds

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
