A home away from home! Really lovely staff, good location in a great neighborhood and the apartments are very spacious, not to mention the incredible harbor views! Very comfortable beds, good bathroom, kitchen is very small. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the furnishings are a bit tired and dated. Either way, would highly recommend CHI 120!

I recently stayed at the CHI residences in Sai Ying Pun, over the holidays for about 3 weeks. I can definitely say it was an amazing experience and made my visit back home extremely enjoyable. Its location is extremely convenient, with many busses and the MTR station just downstairs of the building. Based right near the harbour, it gave outstanding views at night, and had a great balcony to sit on and gaze at the skyline of Kowloon. The staff at CHI were always smiling and super friendly, and I would say the same for the management. It was super nice having a spacious room as well, as I often stretched with a yoga mat on the floor. The bedroom design was super cool, with a sliding door connecting the living room. Utensils as well as pots and pans for cooking were provided, so you can have the option to stay in and cook a meal. The bathroom was very nice, and I loved the spacious shower. Overall, my stay at CHI was extremely pleasant and I would definitely recommend

I stayed at the Chi Residences in San Ying Pun for 3 weeks and it was one of the most enjoyable and pleasant stays I've had at a service apartment/hotel in Hong Kong. The location is amazing, there is a beautiful view of the harbour as pictured. The transportation just outside the hotel is so easy, the Mtr is just across the street. Bus stops and the tram stop are at most a 5 minute walking distance away from the residence. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The cleaning staff are always smiling and are very friendly, same for the management. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well thought out and has everything I need, a toaster, microwave, kettle, chopping board, knife, fridge and freezer, pots and pans...etc. The room has a huge sofa and coffee table, a smart tv which allows me to connect my device, watch local TV, YouTube and Netflix, and a really nice sound system. There was a full-length mirror, two desks to work on and a nice balcony. The bedroom had a sliding door, which could slide fully to make the room feel even more spacious! The bed was huge, and one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Not to mention, there was so much cupboard space everywhere, in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. The bathroom was nicely finished and matched the cool orange tone of the whole apartment. The shower had really nice pressure and could get pretty hot. The shower was very big as well. Overall, I had the most enjoyable stay and would recommend staying here to everyone!

The good: A: Friendly staff & service: Staffs are generally helpful and friendly, always smiling, very willing to help. B: WhatsApp service is available so you can contact the staff for assistance. B: Housekeeping Rubbish is collected daily, house keeping /& towel replacement once a week. C: Location: Located at the Western part of Hong Kong Island, very close to the business districts. You can simply get what you want around here, all within walking distance or a few stops of tramways. D: The view: Upper floor apartments are with superb harbour view. Sunlight comes in always, nice environment. The bad: - No washing machine provided in your apartment, while the rental rate is expensive. Would have to go to the 5th floor to use shared ones. Only 3 washers and 3 driers available, isn’t enough for residents to use. - Some residents occupy the dryers for a long time, by setting the drying course for like 3 hours or above, and to keep putting newly washed clothes into the dryer so that they can keep use it for a whole day. - Pest control isn’t done regularly. Tiny spiders and tiny mites are often seen. - Kitchen is too small which makes you losing the mood for cooking.
