I can’t think about my vacation without this amazing place!!! Wow! An amazing BIG apartment with everything you need! The place is well equipped! They were so nice and welcoming. The staff was the friendliest people I’ve ever met! Have us recommendations and helped with any problem! Wow! There are no words can describe our experience. EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT ON PHOTOS - it even look better in reality! DONT SKIP THE BREAKFAST!

Great location! Fabulously renovated in a beautiful older building - love the original staircase. Good bathroom and the little courtyard was lovely too. Small kitchen but fine 3 of us to have breakfast. Breakfast was generous too. Parking in limited but paid underground parking at a reasonable price near by if you can't get a spot out the front.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Chiado Arty Flats and we think it’s a perfect place to enjoy a few days in Lisbon! The location is spectacular and the rooms are great with everything you need. We will definitely stay there again and again.

A great place to sleep in Lisbon. The room was very clean. The breakfast is especially delivered to the room in the hour you ask for (we could not finish it). The location is in the middle of Bairo Alto top action. The service is more than great, Thomas gave as great suggestions for dining, sightseeing and entertainment and each one was great. When we needed help Thomas and Paul gave it immediately.

great location right in the center of everything…walking to all the restaurants and shopping the room itself is very spacious with cool modern designs we have a two bedroom suite and it’s reasonably spacious. The beds could be more comfortable. The host of the flats is also very friendly. We had a nice stay and would recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
