I cannot say enough good about our experience at the Chiado Square Apartment. My friends and I traveled to Lisbon for a few days to celebrate a birthday. Our apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. It was spotless and very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was fantastic, particularly with a group of ladies. We had everything we needed. The staff is AMAZING. They are readily available and responsive.. very knowledgeable and helpful. The brought us a delicious cake and champagne on my birthday. I was so touched by this kind gesture. All in all, an excellent choice and I highly recommend to all.

This was one of the best places to stay. Located literally steps outside of the Baxia-Chiado subway station. These apartments are so centrally located to everything in the area you don't have to go very far to visit different iconic locals in Lisbon. The apartment itself was clean, bright and spacious with a full kitchen, washer and well equipped bathroom. The bedroom was equally well set up. Check-in was a breeze and after that we were left to our own devices. The cleaning service was great and we had Nespresso available for use in the mornings. There is also a McDonald's located right next door should you be bringing your kids with you who may be picky eaters or you need a late night snack. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Great find, right in the middle of everything you would want to do in the main city. Check in is a bit painful but once you are in and done the rest of the experience is fine, our checking host sent us a message with recommendations of what to do and eat nearby, I have left some of our favourite places we found to eat at the end of this review. Rooms/apartment are great, very clean, everything you need if you fancy doing breakfast every morning or a dinner one evening. Couple of things to note there isn't really a left luggage facility and most if not all apartments face the main square which has street performers each night. Overall all Lisbon best apartments was a great find and I believe they have about 5 sites around the city. *Restaurants near the apartment* - Cantinho das Gaveas - Cabaças - Aqui Ha Peixe - Sea me - Cervejaria Trindade - Time Out Market *to have a drink* - Park bar (roof top) - Bairro alto - Pink Street

Centrally located, a lot Lisbon‘s must view place in walking distance, many good restaurants a few minutes away and a metro station right in front of the door, plus nightly free entertainment, highly recommend for the first time visiting Lisbon

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
