Perfect location, central to all the sites and locations! We stayed here as a group of friends visiting Lisbon. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. We wanted to give the management, Joao, a BIG compliment as he provided beyond impeccable service to us!!! He met us at the apartment upon our arrival for a smooth check in; the morning of check out, we found out some of our flights were cancelled… he offered to help make immediate seamless transitions for new accommodations all before the check out time. He moved us to a close by but equally perfect apartment as our current accommodation was already booked for the night. THANK YOU for your help Joao during a stressful situation! We are very grateful!!

I booked a weekend at this apartments but due to a death in our family we had to cancel the trip and I cannot thank them enough they refunded me without any hesitation. I only cancelled it 3 days before arrival and they were very understanding and helpful. Excellent customer service and amazing people. If I ever decide to go Lisbon I will definitely book this place. This place had beautiful apartments, top of the line finishes, and kind staff who went above and beyond for our visit. It was my favorite place to stay on my trip to Portugal and Spain. The two story apartment in particular had beautiful views of the streets of Chiado, and the Castelo de St. Jorge from the rear balcony.

On arrival greeted by Joao one of the management team a smart really amicable man perfect English who showed us to an apartment on 5th floor The Dressmaker apartment then told we had an upgrade!!! Wow we certainly had it was a duplex 2 bed 2 bath with enormous lounge big tv and a fully fitted kitchen TV in both Bathrooms!! And off the main top floor bedroom a wonderful balcony where we sat on Return in the evening sipping wine looking out over Lisbon to the sea. Conclusion we moved on after 3 nights of luxury and comfort to 5 star Intercontinental at Cascais a great deal more expensive,very nice but wished we had spent the whole 10 days at The Apartment we had been spoilt! The penthous, two story apartement is awesome! Huge, with two large bedrooms and the secret weapon, a spectacular rooftop balcony wich is perfect for enjoying breakfast with very nice views over oldtown Lisboa.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
