From the moment we arrived we had a lovely man from the hotel welcome and greet us and take all our bags for us. Faye at reception was so helpful,informative and went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and organized our cruise, car hire and gave us all the recommendations of where to go what to do. The hotel is pure luxury our room with our indoor jacuzzi was stunning and the view from our room and hotel is breathtaking. Highly recommend. Will definitely be staying there on every visit to Santorini. The location is perfect and the staff,service is exceptional.

I can't say enough about how amazing our experience here was. Fay and Kostas and the whole staff made our stay an incredible one. They exceeded any and all expectations of what qualities hospitality staff should display, and we observed them extend it to the other guests as well. We came in the off season (November) and they made sure we were able to find restaurants and shops that were open. To that point, if you are staying in the off season, this hotel is perfectly located. It's close to Fira, the main hub during this time, but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. And the sunset is dead on to the hotel this time of year. Absolutely spectacular, and we will be back!

Gorgeous view of the caldera. Hotel had a pool for all guests and a tanning roof with two sunbeds which had unbeatable views. Recommend hanging out at sunset time and soaking in the sunset from here because you see the water and volcano, but also the sun hitting the white buildings from the hotel. The best part is there were no crowds and you pretty much get a totally unobstructed view. Some rooms that protruded out a little bit from the rest of the property had their own private balconies with the best views. We would highly recommend booking the roos with a private balcony - you won't regret it. Room was comfortable, had everything we needed. Breakfast was our favorite part. They took your order the day before and scheduled timing, and brought it to your table on your balcony. Such friendly service, Fay and Kostas at the front desk, and Miri were incredible and treated you like family - dare I say the nicest people in Santorini? Location wise - Firostefani is an excellent area to stay in to avoid the crowds. Short walk to the Fira bus station to get anywhere you needed to for under 3 Euros per person. Short walk to Skaros Rock and Imerovigli.

Words cannot describe our immense happiness with Chic Hotel Santorini. Fay and Kostas, are just the most fabulous hospitality specialists. Even prior to our arrival, Fay was incredibly responsive in responding to our questions. They were both so personable and accommodating, assisting us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. The staff and service were just impeccable, with a delectable breakfast served to our personal outdoor eating area each morning. As for the location of the resort, it is situated at the perfect point in the caldera, at just the right height. There are spellbinding views of the layers and layers of white canvas suites to the left and to the right of the resort as soon as you exit your room. And wait until the evening when the sun goes down and all the lights turn on. You will experience a sense of nirvana. On top of this, the volcano and the island of Thirassia and all the cruise ships are visible to you as soon as you step out of your door. And possibly the best part, the sunsets directly opposite the resort were unbelievably stunning and unobstructed. You can watch them while in your own peaceful space. The jacuzzi in our suite was also heated, allowing us to dunk in it even on a cool night while watching the sun go down. The main walkway outside of the resort has that festive old time charm with remarkable views of the caldera, and best of all, without the hustle and bustle of Fira or Oia. Also along this walkway are fine dining and the most amazing gyro shop in Santorini. Long lines queue every day. In summary, the resort had everything we desired. I cannot imagine a more relaxing place to stay in Santorini than the Chic Hotel Santorini.

Stayed at Chic Hotel for just one night while visiting several Greek Islands. The location and views are simply stunning, Fay in reception could not have been more helpful. Our room was stylish, roomy and comfortable, but did not have a caldera view from the room itself despite the description. As it happened this did not matter as we had a little seating area outdoors and the public areas were available, quiet, charming and with the great views. Would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
