Stayed for a few nights—the building is nice and historic. Service in the restaurants and bars are terrible. Cherry circle food was edible at best and the primary server was bordering on contemptuous. Game room you can’t even get served. There are much better places. The building is 4 star the experience is 1. Do yourself a favor and stay down the street.

We absolutely adore this beautiful hotel! My husband and I have stayed here a lot and we feel like family every time we walk in. The guest services team is so kind and always treats us so well. Could not recommend it more for a stay in the city. Conveniently located to everything and honestly sometimes we don’t even leave - there’s so much to do in the hotel itself! Highly recommend - one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, it is incredible.

Amazing location closed to the Art institut and the Chicago Theater. Very charming, cozy and historic Hotel. The service by the front desk was outstanding especially by Dominic and Christian. All the team was very professional and so friendly. Our room was gorgeous with a beautiful view on the lake and the Bean. We also love the huge bathroom with a bath with the lovely bathrobes and slippers. The service delivered everyday by the housekeeping team was outstanding. We appreciate so much the Service, the food and the delicious cocktails at The Cindy’s restaurant on the rooftop and at the cherry circle room restaurant. Do not miss this two restaurants in this hotel .. a Must! We tried many hotels downtown Chicago but this one is a GEM ❤️

Had a FANTASTIC two night stay here with my wife. The location of this hotel is unmatched. You are across the street from the millennium park, block away from the art institute or the cultural center and surrounded by countless pieces of architectural HISTORY of Chicago. The hotel itself has a half a dozen restaurants and bars. We spend all of our time dinning and drinking on the second floor at the Cherry Room, the Milk Room and the Drawing Room. The building itself is a piece of Chicago history worth exploring. The lobby is absolutely stunning, and the 8th floor ballroom is worth a peak if you appreciate 100 year old woodworking MASTERPIECES carved into wall coverings. Don’t skip the original basketball court on the 4th floor. We found the gym open and shot hoops for little bit. Remember that this building was not originally designed to be a hotel so if you are expecting fancy rooms overlooking the magnificent mile you will need to move north 4-5 blocks. Otherwise, stick around and appreciate this one of a kind masterpiece of architectural history.

This place is beautiful! Service rooms amenities & halls were all spectacular. Loved the game room, bars & library. It was so warms and inviting, architecture was insane! This place was located in the center of everything

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
