We stayed here at the start of our trip in Thailand and enjoyed the hotel a lot. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk from Khao San road but enough to be quieter at night. Outside the hotel is a 7 eleven and a couple of restaurants which were nice. Rooms themselves are spacious, comfortable and with good air conditioning. Facilities on the hotel include a good rooftop pool with bar and a cityscape view. Breakfast at the hotel was of good quality with a decent variety of food choices. Including vegan and gluten free.

This hotel is really not a 4 stars hotel. Besides the comfy bed and the nice view from the pool there isn’t much else. 1. The shower leaks after every shower, making the whole toilet area wet. 2. The water pressure in the shower is really low 3. The lobby lounge was closed. As well as the spa services 4. Two out two treadmills fail to work in the gym 5. Every request made by us was refused 6. The room is full of light during day and night making it harder to sleep I recommend to spend your money elsewhere and get a better experience than us

Luxurious hotel next to old city centre. Reception was friendly with complimentary wet towel and refreshing drink. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast choices are good. But here it stops, the staff there doesn't want to work there which shows and the atmosphere there is of a cemetery. We had a lunch there, because we arrived at 1400, but regretted doing so. Second thing, small, is the dead water smell in the lobby.

We chose the premium room with a jacuzzi. The room is spacious and comfy, we slept very well and enjoyed the big bath tub! Wifi is steady and fast, you just need to reconnect every day. The decoration of the whole place is a bit kitschy, but the hotel is really comfortable and clean, and location is great. Fitness room is well stuffed. The breakfast is very nice, good choice and tasty food, especially the Thai specialties. The waitresses there seem quite exhausted though. We used the taxi company that is next to the reception, they are fairly priced and we loved the train market that was proposed together with the floating market tour. Very good value for money!

The decision to choose this hotel (apart from the others in the area) was the way the receptionist (khun Pim) greeted me when I walked in to ask about the rooms and availabilities, a week ahead of my stay. Her professionalism and her ability to express herself in english assured me that I would enjoy my stay even though the only rooms left was with a limited view. On my arrival, a week later, khun Pim was again the receptionist on that day, she remembered me and once again tried her best to get me a good room which she did (exceptionally). The Concierge and doormen were also very welcoming to help and give advices everytime I entered or left the hotel (always with a smile). Roof top, pool, bar cafe has a beautiful view over the city, good drinks, in a relaxing environment. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant on the 1st floor has excellent choices, tried many dishes and all were very delicious. My stay was for the weekend only as I needed to be close to Wat Bovorn which was a very good location for me. As for the cost, depending on your budget, some might find this hotel a bit expensive but if you are to treat yourself to a good confortable bed and best of hotel services than this is the place!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
