        I stayed in the first week of July 2023, I paid 740 euros per night for a one-bedroom apartment, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed to accommodate 3 adults. Overall I found it a pleasant experience, but if I had to choose again, I would not pay 740 euros for the room, which is obviously too expensive. The quality of service and room equipment is not worth the high price. Advantage 1. First of all, the location is very good, close to the Paddington railway station, many bus and subway lines can reach almost all the sightseeing spots in London. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is why I choose this hotel. I do not want my parents to drag heavy suitcases too far to the hotel. 2. It is equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine, which is very convenient for people who had a long trip but do not want to carry too many clothes, but there is no drying function, only five hangers are provided in the room. The extra clothes can only be dried with a towel rack or on chairs. 3. The cleansing staff did not replenish the toiletries. The staff at the reception helped to fix this. Shortcoming 1. The cleaning staff is not professional enough. For the first day, only the bed was made. The towels were thrown on the cabinet and unfolded. I could not even tell if those were clean towels or not. The toiletries were not refilled and the garbage was not taken away. But the above-mentioned deficiencies were completed the other day, I guess by some other cleaning staff. Obviously, many tasks that should be completed were neglected on the first day. 2. The soundproofing is poor. A family with kids lived on the upper stair of us and we could hear them running around. Luckily they told their kids to lower the noise after I seek help from the receptionist. However, if other guests staying in the hotel are not as considerate to others, those who have difficulty falling asleep may consider other hotels. 3. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked and uneven, and the windows are dusty.

        I stayed 7 nights the location was good and one of the staff was helpful and kind to help and assist in the upgrade I made for my room ( Mero). The rest weren’t helpful and rude! It was 2 or 3 times that I had to take water from the reception which is suppose to be for ppl who are staying n the hotel obviously! But she said its only for ppl when thy come for check-in! And I didnt get any whn i did my check-in! The room cleaning done randomly without me asking for it. Price is too high for the service I got. Even my luggage I had to take it down myself for the checkout.

        The worst treatment because you can change my reservation for other dates. I saw the possibility, and there is no humanity, you think that all people are rich. One of the worst experiences in my life, for the first time I find this abomination in dealing with hotels, the amount that was taken from me is large, and due to an emergency circumstance, the visa was delayed and the date of the plane’s takeoff was changed, and I attached to you the date of the entry visa to Britain and the date of the flight, this is a great injustice

        Beautiful. Great apartment with beautiful floor to ceiling windows and balcony / terrace. Loved the space and each of the rooms were perfect. Fab location. Minutes from the A40 and 2-5min walk from Paddington station. 5min walk to/ from regent's park.
